Institutional Arbitrator at the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA), with a history of appointment for resolving business disputes. He has extensive experience in matters related to the financial market, especially in the administrative litigation area of the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Central Bank, and the National Financial System Appeals Board (CRSFN), as well as significant experience in consulting and civil judicial litigation. Appointed Bankruptcy Trustee Services to assist the Court in various areas of important Judicial Restructuring and Bankruptcy proceedings. He also has significant experience as a lawyer hired by debtor companies seeking to renegotiate their debts, possessing broad know-how in various areas of Law and sectors of the economy.
